I purchased a couple of bags of this. One bag is to smoke and one is to age. My question is should I remove the tobacco from the bag I plan to age and jar it or leave it in the bag to age? I have no experience with this brand of tobacco but I would assume that a bag would not be ideal to age tobacco.

I'd jar it. Don't really trust those bags, although I have no actual reason why. But a jar is a sure thing.

I've had no issues with the bags. I've had Stonehaven that aged for six years in the bag without any issues. Just be sure that the bag is 100% free of even the tiniest pin pricks, which of course will lose the seal.
If I were concerned, I'd leave the bag sealed and then jar the whole thing. If the seal holds, I think that would leave you better off than opening the bag and then jarring it.
