And how I regret not having purchased any during the 60s when they were in style. And even more, how I regret not having the wherewithal to do so.
This is not a naked, no stain pipe. I guess this is what GBD called "Virgin" in their Conquest line.

Very cool, I prefer an unwaxed surface on some of my pipes. I can't say that they smoke any better than my other waxed pipes or even my lacquered Nordings, but it just gives them a nice feel in the hand. Ugg, virgins, rubbing, hand-feel... this has become quite the nasty little thread, ha ha.
