I was gifted a pipe tonight.

One the left side is stamped Ao and Dunhill over London.

On the right side i stamped:

Made in England (there is something stamped next to it that I can't decipher)

"Inner Tube"

Patent No. 113080615

151 is stamped closer to the bowl.
What do I have here? I tried pipephil but can find it.

Apparently that Patent number was not used for very long. Mid 1920's it looks like. The thing you can't decipher after ENGLAND is the date code. See Patent guide here,
http://www.pipephil.eu/logos/en/dunhill/root-bru-guide.html
And the pipe from 1925 with the Patent here,
http://www.pipephil.eu/logos/en/dunhill/patent1.html#175
Some pictures would be great!

version one was VERY similar in size and shape to a classic 120, version two similar length but with a bowl that was cut down in height- more of a bent pot.
I have a 1923 151, never seen another.

I had to go to John Loring to see a 151.

edit: Doctor Bob and I are thinking alike!

Not a good photo but I can now make out the digit. It's a 6 So I'm guessing that means 1926.

Here's a picture.

Not great since it's on my workbench. Did find a stamping on the stem near the tenon: REG NO 654638

Save that stamp. Be aware that this could be a valuable pipe, I had an offer of 750 for mine in Chicago. This might be a pipe to have professionally restored.

That's a truly rare pipe in spectacular condition.
Anthony Cook is who you want to clean it up.

If the person knows what they are doing they should. Make sure to give very clear instructions. Just from the nomenclature, the pipe looks in very good condition, and as Bob said is fairly valuable. As George just said, Anthony Cook (Piffyr) is your man. Here are just two pictures of the 1923 Bruyere he did for me,

What is the bowl interior diameter? I suspect mine was over reamed in the past, but the actual wall thickness is comparable to other dunhill pipes of the era. It is just such a large pipe overall that I think the walls should be thicker.
