That, and to also show off my first Dunhill, of which I am fond.
But really: there seems to be not one, not two, but THREE date codes stamped on the back. 1972 seems straightforward and logically placed, and I understand Dunhill sometimes put on a second date for when the pipe is shipped out (1974), but the 13 has me wondering.
I'm wondering also about the shape: 720. I've been unable to find a listing for it nor a name. To me, it's a Dublin, but Dunhill has another design with that name.
If any of you can help, I'd appreciate it.
