Getting ready to set fire to some DDF for the first time.
Sure smells incredible in the tin. :puffy:

It's an excellent tobacco! Wish I'd bought more when we all had the chance. :)

Yeah, hands down my favorite Dunhill blend, I stocked this one DEEP as well as Dunhill Flake (second fav Dunhill blend). It didn’t wow me the first time I smoked it but in time it revealed its true beauty and let me tell ya, this one ages mighty well! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

One of my favourites. I am nearing the end of a tin of it now and when that one is gone I only have 3 more left. It's just a crying bloody shame.

I discovered Dark Flake late. Sadly, I didn’t start picking this up until Flake became more and more absent in availability. Good stuff!
I’m looking forward to seeing how this ages. :puffy:

Tasty stuff, it and Durbar are my favorites. I was fated to smoke it today, I knocked a tin off my shelf and the lid flew when it hit the ground. I couldn't let it go to all that effort and not be the first pipe of the day.

One of my favorites! How much age is on your tin? It reaches sublime status after a few years in the cellar.

Dunhill Dark Flake is a daily staple for me. I just bought a new Viprati pipe that is going to be dedicated to the 98 tins of it that I have. One bowl in the morning each day should last about 4 to 5 years? I have not found anything currently made to replace it. Not the Astley's, Wessex, Esoterica or any other dark flake out there. There are still many excellent dark flakes that I enjoy, just not as much as the Dunhill.

I feel similarly. STG/Orlik nailed it with both Dunhill Flake and Dark Flake.
