I read that Dunhill once made this blend. Described as "the only mixture possessing the richness and flavour of a choice cigar." Does anyone know if there is a current pipe tobacco blend that is similar?

Billy Budd +1. I'm always tempted by Key Largo and McClelland's cigar leaf blend, but so far have been happy with Budd.

If you really want a cigar like pipe tobacco I think Semois is probably the closest you're going to get. When I want a cigar I smoke a cigar, I don't find McClellend Dominican Glory to be anything like a cigar, it's a great blend and I love it but it's no cigar. Same with Billy Budd. Habana daydream same thing, it's a good blend but it isn't really all that cigar like. I'm sure this Dunhill blend probably wasn't very cigar like either.
