Dr. Townshend's System

I have a a bunch of pipes here, most of which I was able to find info about... however, I have one stamped Dr. Townshend's System, and nothing else.
Anyone have any info about this pipe?

Is the circle on the stem white or yellow? Is the stem a push or screw on? I'm leaning toward Medico but not sure.

It's a white circle with a red dot... and should be facing up (oops).
Push in stem. Tenon (not at home so going off memory) is plastic/acrylic, the ring is metal.
Nice shape, small... given the amount of filler spots though, I'm assuming a cheaper pipe in the day.
Went looking for info online and the only other post I could find about this pipe, was someone else saying they can't find any info about their pipe either.

I figured it be something common like a Dr Grabow, but, apparently not...
Hmm... maybe since no info about it, it's rare... may have to eBay it. :D
