I have just sourced some very nice glass jars with air tight locks for £1.99 each. I'd say they will easily hold 500grams and they the sort used for pickles.

I'm not sure if site rules allow me to share the shop name. If someone could enlighten me? Or pm me. UK purchase btw.

Your jars are significantly more expensive than Ball Mason jars (which we use), also the issue is you can not advertise here without being a sponsor. You can talk about items on sites that you have no connection to if you just happen to like the product or site.

I agree. I used these for cellared stuff. I like to use the little 2oz jars for gifts and when I go on the road as they keep my tobacco fresh, unlike pouches. For my opened bulk I use those stoppered glass jars from Walmart with a couple of tobacco humidifiers soaked in distilled water sitting on top. I think mason jars would work better but they aren't as decorative.
