A few weeks ago, mrmotoyoshi placed some pipes up for sale, and I was fortunate enough to procure the Ben Wade that he had up for grabs. When it came in, just needed minor cleaning, and it was good to go! Gorgeous piece. To sweeten the deal, he even through in a nice little Chacom Sport nosewarmer! So again, domo arigato!

Sweet! Those Ben Wades are great pipes and just beautiful to look at. Do you have any idea how old it is? I have a similar pipe that I got in the early 1970's. I'd guess that yours is about the same age.

Yup, that is my second Ben Wade Golden Walnut and both were produced from the mid to late seventies during the Preben Holm era. Love Danish freehands!
