Hi guys, I was just wondering if I should expect the red Virginias in Autumn evening to mellow out over time while in mason jars..

It won't change as much in leaf that has already undergone a Cavendish process and been cased / topped.
In contrast, a Red Virginia such as McClelland #5100 will undergo much more change over time.

Funny--I came in here to post this.

Weirdly enough, I've been smoking both Red Cake (5100) and Autumn Evening, and I'd say 5100 is much more mellow of a smoke.
I'd have expected the straight red Virginias to be a bit more aggressive based on its tin note, but not so.
Both are nice, though.
