This is a Lorenzo Imola #7244 Brandy which has a cracked stem. Is there any way to repair this or am I looking at a new stem?

Being the tinkerer that I am, I would give it 2-3 doses of thin CA wicked into the crack then polish it up. It's cracked anyway, what do you have to lose?
I'd just make sure the stem was off the pipe in case you get some glue going right through and sticking it to the briar permanently.
