Has anyone else had problems having the fine folks at Pipes & Cigars return phone calls and/or Emails?
I had this happen for the second time now. I recently called P&C with questions about an order and had to leave a voice mail. OK, that's fine, so I left a message and provided my questions, name and phone number. This call was regarding a rather large order I wanted to place but needed some clarifications before pulling the trigger. No reply thus far. I had a similar experience with an Email I sent them some months ago - no reply then, either.
Rather unfortunate, as this order was mostly Hearth & Home tobacco blends and now I'm disappointed as the 20% off promotion is over and done/expired. I'm thinking that now, with no reply, so is my order from P&C.
