I've made a discovery today! I have a lot of Kaywoodies. A lot being a relative term, but about 15. I've always been frustrated trying to keep the ball of the stinger clean. Not anymore!

While at my local dollar tree, I bought a few packs of Plackers dental brushes. They're much like a shank brush, but about 1/10 the size. Right now, cleaning my Kaywoodies I smoked during the day, I had an epiphany. Those little brushes are just the right size to fit in those small holes. No more toothpicks or trying to jam a pipe cleaner in them.

They're also useful for trying to get into the corner at the end of the stem.
Thought I'd share in case anyone else has had the same frustration as me. :D
