Tables and cigar dinners are available.

The Chicago International Pipe & Tobacianna Show will be held on May 14 and 15, 2011 at Pheasant Run Resort in St. Charles, Illinois, with Show programs starting on Wednesday, May 11, 2011.

A few of last year’s exhibitors have not yet registered for tables. If you are one of those who like to wait until the last minute to register, this is the last minute.

In any event, due to schedule conflicts, and other issue, some of last year’s exhibitor will not be able to attend this year. This leaves some tables available for new exhibitors at the 2011 Show.

If you want a table for the 2011 Show, you can either email me at porshcigar@aol.com or you can visit the Show website at: http://www.chicagopipeshow.com for a table application form. Tables are $140 per table. We also have cigar dinner tickets for the Saturday evening banquet. Tickets for the dinner are $65 each.

This year’s Show will feature the many programs that we hold each year, and a few new events to be announced in the near future.

A few of the scheduled events are as follows:

Wednesday and Thursday. The pipe making seminar will be held for those who have pre-registered and paid to attend this “hands on” educational program.

Wednesday. The Chicago Pipe Show smoking tent will open about 1 pm, and will remain open around the clock until early Monday morning. The Pheasant Run Resort will have beverages and food for sale in the tent during regular business hours.

Thursday. The Charatan Focus Group will meet Thursday evening, as will the Dunhill Focus Group.
Some exhibitors will be selling from their hotel rooms.

Friday. The pre-show will be held from 9 am to 4 pm in the Mega Center. This is a free event, but exhibitors must register at 8 am on a first come, first served basis.
The free Welcome dinner will be held Friday evening.
The Champagne limo service to Premium Outlet Mall, and the Ladies’ Craft event will take place during the day, and in the evening, respectively. Both are free.
Two Seminars will be held. Both are free

Saturday. The Show opens to the public at 10 am. There is an admission fee of $15 for one or both days of the Show.

Three Seminars will be held in the evening. All of them are free.
The annual Cigar dinner will be held in the evening for those who have purchased tickets.

Sunday. The Show opens to the Public at 9 am.
The United Pipes Clubs of America will hold the USA national slow smoking championship in the tent at 1 pm for those who have registered and paid.

Monday. The post show sale will be held in the hotel from 8 am until noon. This is another free event.

These are only some of the events, more will be announced later. We look to have a full schedule of great events, and we hope that all can attend.

Please remember to make your hotel reservations at the Pheasant Run Resort so that you can enjoy all of our events.

Sounds awesome. I can't make it since I have to work that weekend, but hopefully you can post some pics up after.
