I posted about the The Fritz Becker Carmignani pipe earlier this week and it came today. I'm pretty stoked and can't wait to get it cleaned up and ready to smoke. The outside was done quite well but the mortise is pretty nasty so it'll get a treatment this weekend before I get a chance to smoke it. The stamping is minorly different from that on the Becker website but, from the general nomenclature, I'm pretty sure it's one of Mr. Becker's early pipes. Of course I could always be wrong and I am not positive if he ever did a concave bit design like is on this one but I'm not about to let that get in the way of my enjoyment of this pipe.
Here's a few pics of it. I love the field of birdseye on this one and the stain is perfect for it.

If you're one who wants a perfectly sanitized and ready-to-smoke pipe, this is not the place to order one but they do have some fantastic pipes at some pretty good prices.

Beautiful pipe with nice cumberland stem.

Looks like very good size for a flake like PS Luxury Bullseye Flake. Happy Smoking.
