Can Anyone Help Identify This Lamp/Rack/Humidor?

I won this on eBay a few weeks ago, it's in great shape with original working light fixture. Has anybody seen these before? I'm guessing late 60's - early 70's maybe?

No manufacturer information anywhere on it.

Doesn't look to hard to retro fit a lamp to a pipe rack like that. This is why im betting its somebodies garage creation, and mighty fine one at that. very clever piece.

It's probably the coolest thing I've found on eBay in a long time. I just wish the lid still had its rubber seal. I might try to make one.

I don't know, it looks like the lamp leg, has a green tube for the wire that matches the humidor. That looks factory to me (unless that is just a reflection from the green glass). Either way, uber cool!

Yeah that's just a reflection, I've looked it over again and I'd swear its factory, or made by one really dedicated garage craftsman!
