    So my wife saw this in an antique store and decided I needed to own it. She giggled as she paid the $9 asking price.

    So now I own this:

    At least it's made in Italy from Italian briar and I do see pipes similar to this going for $50-$70 on the bay so not a bad deal.

    Plus, if anyone visits Vegas and forgets their pipe, I have a loaner available! :rofl:

    Really corny and really fun. I especially like the homemade quality. The no-bull humor possibilities are endless.

    I found a elephant pipe made similar to yours while going through my late wife’s closet. I remember she asked me how I felt about them at one point a year or so ago. I said they’re kinda cheap and weird. Not knowing she had purchased it.
    When I found it tucked away I had a little chuckle and a bit sad. She thought I’d like it but never gave it to me..it now sits in the living room next to her picture. Unsmoked.

    Cherish the things, even as weird as they may be. You never know when things could change.

    Godd perspective Jason. Ugly pipe, though.

    I wonder what blend goes with that.

    Not the sweet, new grass with flowers is this harvesting of mine;
    Not the upland clover bloom...

    Good thing there's already an "Ugliest Pipes" thread. Great, hilarious score!
