I love to cook. I find great satisfaction out of cooking. I made 6 pounds of wings for the UFC fights the other night. I found these recipes online. All I can say is AMAZING!

Here are the recipes. Please share if you have any sauce recipes.
1 Cup Franks cayenne pepper sauce

1 Teaspoon granulated sugar

1 Teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon course ground black pepper

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 egg yolk

2 Teaspoons water

2 Teaspoons cornstarch
Instructions

Mix together first 6 ingredients in a small sauce pan. Heat until boiling, reduce heat and simmer until desired consistency. Approximately 10 minutes.

Whisk egg yolk, water and cornstarch in a bowl large enough to hold all of the sauce

Slowly pouring the hot sauce into the cornstarch mixture. Pour very slowly at first to temper the ingredients so the egg doesn’t cook.
Ingredients

1 Tablespoon Canola Oil

2 Tablespoons minced onion

1 Cup water

3/4 Cup ketchup

1/2 Cup brown sugar

1/4 Cup apple cider vinegar

2 Tablespoons white distilled vinegar

2 Tablespoons Frank’s cayenne pepper sauce

2 Teaspoons ground black pepper

2 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

2 Teaspoons lemon juice

1-1/2 Teaspoons cayenne pepper

1 Teaspoon dried parsley flakes

1 Teaspoon cornstarch

1/2 Teaspoon salt

1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 Teaspoon dried thyme

1/4 Teaspoon onion powder

1/8 Teaspoon ground clove

1/8 Teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/8 Teaspoon ground allspice

1/8 Teaspoon rubbed sage
Instructions

Mix cornstarch in 2 tablespoons of water in a small bowl.

Combine all ingredients except the cornstarch in a small sauce pan. Bring to a simmer

Pour the cornstarch mixture all at once while mixing.

Simmer sauce until it reaches the desired consistency. This will take approximately 40 minutes.

I was raised in Buffalo NY (where Buffalo Wings originated) and I worked in a restaurant many years ago. Legend has it that all cooks threw out the small thighs and wing pieces in the trash thinking that the meat was small and not of any value. A cook (many names of people have been thrown around without much validity) decided to toss them into a deep fryer and roll them in hot sauce. It was a hit. From there it was streamlined to a "secret recipe" (which was... and still is Franks Hot Sauce mixed with real butter- to taste) REAL Buffalo Wings are always served with cut carrots and celery with Blue Cheese on the side. A cold beer (or two) with steaming hot Buffalo Wings, Blue Cheese and veggies is a meal for a King..or Queen. I like mine just a tad on the crispy side.
Nice drooling pictures BTW!

And that's the recipe I learned while working my way through the last couple of years of college as a line cook. Classic!
It works surprisingly well when oven-baked, too - I don't generally keep enough canola or peanut oil around the house to do deep-frying (even in a wok or dutch oven), so I've had to adapt.
