Alright here is another episode of "who's the maker." I found a really nice looking free hand that only has the stamp B.R. on it. Any Idea on the maker? I was thinking it looks a bit like a Berrod Regad stamp that I found on pipephil, but what do you guys think?

Alright I contacted the seller and he said he was told it was made in Pennsylvania. I know that's not a typical Boswell stamp but I don't know many makers out of Pennsylvania besides him.

Actually to me that looks like someone who previously owned the pipe used an engraver to make the letters. Possibly his initials. The irregularity of the letters don't appear to be a stamp.
