Have not smoked BR since the early 1970's. You may want to consider Lane's 1Q. Its got the vanilla sans whisky but is a better quality blend in the opinion of many. 1Q is everywhere under about 100 different names but everyone knows what it is nso you should have no problem finding it.

Was just reading up on 1Q and this might be the way to go.
Recently I have tried Captain Black White and Royal.
Was not really happy with either of them.
THe Borkum Riff Ultra Light was milder.
Hopefully 1Q will be milder and closer to the Borkum Riff Ultra Light.
