Just saw another Bo listed on Ebay.
The price is currently $3,050 and there is still 9 days till the auction ends.
It will be interesting to see what the final price will be.
I did not list the seller's name so that no forum guidelines will be violated.

Sure looks smoked to me, but it is a lovely pipe.
It is actually a Belge rather than a Cutty.
If the bidders buy into the "unsmoked" claim (and it may well be for all I know) this could go north of $25K.

Because of the cross grain and lack of birdseye, I believe this won't see 10K. The shape is pretty but the birdseye should be on both sides of the bowl, not just on the back, front and on the bottom. The cross grain should be in the front, not on the sides. I think the big time collectors will take off major points because of it. Now of course " I could be wrong". lol I think I will steal it at 9250.00.

I would have loved to met the man. If you were ever curious about his attention to detail or his love for life, check out this vid. I don't necessarily agree with the use of a torch lighter but to each his own. Bo certainty seemed to know how to use one with out scorching the bowl.

It's at $8100 now. To me, insanity. For such money would be spent on a house, or I'd give it to my daughter. But then again were I multi-millionaire, it would be small change.

If ten grand was like 200.00 to me, I wouldn't think twice about buying that pipe, unfortunately ten grand is ten grand and I would never spend that on one pipe.
