The Neerup is much lighter than it looks, lighter in fact than the Peterson, and the chambers are roughly the same size. I have enjoyed some Luxury Navy Flake and McClelland Stave Aged Virginia in the Neerup, which has a fine, open draw. It hangs very easily in the jaw too, btw.
It was tough choosing the Neerup, as there was also a Neerup Acorn and a Ball to choose from as well. Great looking pipes all.
The Pete 502 is like a large apple, with a very thick chamber wall, almost 1/4", yet the chamber is very deep. I have tried both Stave Aged 35 and Frog Morton Cellar in this one. The draw on the Pete is phenomenal.
