   Ok, so it's no secret that I just LOVE Mac Baren's HH Mature Virginia and last week I was looking to add another pound to the cellar.

   Smokingpipes.com (who has the best price) is out of stock. Ugh.

   Then I noticed that SPC had those cute black ceramic pound canisters of HH MV ...hmmm... others sell this jar for $60 ... SPC has it for $43 ...

   OK, it's more than a pound bag, but what the hell. This jar will give me an exuse to smoke it up instead of jarring it. Hehehe.

   Those ceramic jars are nice, but I don't think the seal is all that great. I got one with Vintage Syrian for Christmas and after opening the pound bag I put most of it in jars and left a little in the canister in ziplocs. Enjoy, it does make a nice item to set on an end table.

   MacBaren HH Mature Virginia (in a black jar) at Smoking Pipes

   I need to try some of the MacBaren Va's ... I read where their Virginia No. 1 was supposedly very similar to the new Eric Stokkebye 1855 which is my new favorite tobacco right now

   Thats an awesome blend... Ive been eying that jar for some time, but right now its about stocking up on actual blends for me and not fancy jars... but if I had a sufficient stock pile I'de jump on it as well.

   That's OK, it should seal well enough to serve as my tobacco humidor for my own blend, which I smoke most.
