This is my second try at making spinach dip ... and this is grubbin' stuff. Hope you like it.
Mike's Spinach Dip
(1) 12 oz package of Frozen Spinach (thawed and dried)

(1) Small can of Water Chestnuts (dried and chopped)

1/2 cup of fresh Baby Dill (dried and chopped)

3/4 cup of Pepperoncini (aka Banana peppers) (dried and chopped)

(1) can of Marinated Artichoke Hearts (dried and chopped)

1 cup of Mayonnaise

(1) 16 oz container of Sour Cream

(1) package of Dried Leek soup mix

(1) package of French Onion dip mix
Preparation:
Place the Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Dried Leek soup mix, and French

Onion dip mix into a large bowl, mix thoroughly.
Add to another large bowl and mix thoroughly the Frozen Spinach, Water

Chestnuts, Baby Dill, Pepperoncini's, and Marinated Artichoke Hearts.
I didn't measure it exactly, but I'm fairly certain this recipe will

make about 1 quart and a half of finished Spinach dip.

 Sorry didn't realize it would have this effect.

The bowl looked a little fuller earlier this evening.
Takes about $20 in ingredients, not including chips/bread. But it is good food.

Trying it out this weekend
I make a warm one with heavy cream and good quality parmesan. Yum !

Frozen spinach in a pot, heat up, drain in colander. Back in pot, add heavy cream, garlic, salt, pepper, any other seasoning to taste. Let reduce. Stir in grated parmesan. Add artichokes at the end. Serve with good chips (scoops work great !)
