They are the same, I have some of each, no difference. There are threads on that topic, but whichever you get count on it being a very good medium English at a good price. Some say it is the bulk equivalent of Balkan Sasieni, but I haven't smoked any of that in over 15 years, so I couldn't say for sure.
Yes Russ from P&C has stated that Arango Balkan Supreme and PS Balkan supreme are the same, so I would say it's the same. I do enjoy Arango Balkan Supreme and it did win Chicago's best of the bowl in I think 2014 or 2015, which was a blind competition for best english blend. I don't think balkan sasieni is the tinned equivalent, I find Arango to be a bit sweeter and the Balkan Sasieni almost has a clay like taste in the background, but it's not a bad thing, it just reminds me of clay.
