Ok, i give. Does anyone here that is more computer competent than i have any idea how to rotate an avatar? My photo is of Carl, one of my dogs and i'd like to get him upright again.

Try opening the "original" on your computer, there should be a button at the bottom that will allow you to rotate it. Then re-do you Avatars.
I did but no luck! It might be an ipad issue. I dunno, it'll have to do until i figure it out. I thought perhaps it was an issue commonly dealt with, obviously not! Thanks for replying though.

One other thing. If you opened the image up, then successfully rotated it, you need to select "save as" and rename the image and save it someplace you can find it. Try that first. If that doesn't work, start looking for some free image manipulation software.
