I have two Atoll Robusto lighters, now Brizard Retro 1's. I have had them for several years and I love them. However, in the past, when they have needed repair, I have had to wait for months - and many calls by my local shop - to get them back.
Anyway, I need the screws that hold the top pieces together, and I have tried to track this guy down, but he is a ghost. His site brizardandco dot com provides a contact form -which I have used a few times - and an address to send the lighters to for repair - which I won't do under any circumstances.
So, here is my question: does anyone know something about Cyril Brizard that I don't, something that will result in a return call or e-mail?
A long shot, I know. But since I haven't yet won the lottery, I figure I'm due.
