I'm thinking one guy starts it. I'd be happy to.

So I'd put like 5-6 samples in a box send to say...Phil. He takes out what he wants and replaces with stuff others might like. Then sends it to the next guy. Should label the samples including your name so we know who put in what.

We could even include a list of names and addresses in the box so would be no hassle to just look at the next name and slap on a new label. Probably do it parcel post of a couple bucks a shot.

    Ideas?

    RJ

Nahh man. It's all good. I'm personally willing to gamble a couple ozs on a feloow pipe smoker.

    Plus we'll have your address!

Suggest we also put wish lists in the box in case someone has some they can share.

    Rick,

Your choice... there are several address lables in the box... there might even be two for each person... Right now, most of them are, if not all, are drug store blends, just some I had on hand... Not that I didn't like them, just thought I'd share... When it get's back to me I'll have other's... C&D and so on...

JayH, Send your address to Jonesing via PM... He'll get your name in the box... The box is already sealed so it wouldn't do me any good...

WHOEVER gets it next, if you are willing to play... Please include your REAL name, address and e-Mail... If you don't want to play, just "return to sender" and we'll remove you from the mailing list and send it on...

Should be a good time... (We need Kevin & Bob's address, they have big stash's)

I'm in... Phil, I'll e-mail you my address so you can add it to the list.

    "United States"

Igloo heard "drug store" and came runnin. :>)

    This will be fun.

Likely not at all necessary with this group. But let's all agree right now this is for fun. No getting pissed or feeling like you got gypped or something. If anybody ever has any concern I suggest it be handled man-to man by PM.

    OK enough said.

Now which of my Supervalue blends do y'all want me to send ya?

    What Jonesing said...

The box has started the trip...

You are not required to take what is in the box... try what's there if you choose, if you don't like it, put it back in the box, somebody might... If what you put in the box on your turn comes back to you, take it out and put something else in it's place if you choose... I think as we go with this, the "swap" will change each time...

I know that there is some tobacco in the box that Lawrence will like...

Also, the tobacco does not have to be new... You can throw a pinch or two in a baggie... Just make sure it's marked with your name, what it is and your e-Mail address... Thanks again for playing....

But go ahead and send it a second time, I may have missed it somewhere along the lines... Please do this even if you sent it to Jonesing...

I'll update the lables and get it in the next box when it comes to me... I'm only home for another week, so do it ASAP... Thanks for playing!

    Tag! I'm it!

    I got the Bullseye Flake.

    Hey guys...
    Be careful opening the box.
Inside the lid I have begun to track the milage of the box.
Just look up "Get Directions" in Google Maps and put in the milage to the next recipient and post the total when you get it.
When it gets to Igloo it will be 2,357 miles.

I just found one of the label sheets in mixed in with my jar labels.

    My bad.

When the box settles in at its next location let me know and I'll send the temporary possessor the names and addresses. Then I'll put the lable in when it comes back to me.

My deepest apologies for the oversight.

BTW: Since my attempt at razzing failed to garner a response, I'll clarify that I did not in fact take any Dunhill 965 from the box.

We should put a GPS tracking device in the box so we can track in real time like Santa on Christmas Eve.

A few years ago when I was a division manager we had a little roaming gnome statue who was kidnapped, hijacked, tortured and subjected to all manner of adventures documented in photographs by our traveling hordes. He was traded around like a fish for a carton of Newports in the state pen. He found himself everywhere from the lap of a stripper in Jersey to the foot of touchdown Jesus at Notre Dame. He once was even photographed with Governor Ahhhnolt in the after math of some California wildfires.

RJ... dude you're a trouble maker... no wonder we get along so well. I was found in the lap of a stripper once, but that was in Houston not Jersey... and maybe it was more than one... lap that is. It was a very good night.

Not sure Brazz you were not on my list so it went to Sapo , Jonesing will forward the list as he left it on his desk . You will have to ask Phil if your name is in the second traveling box . The box I recieved was full of goodies and my freind Bud and I put back in more than we took . Then we put it in a big vice and cranked it back shut and retapped it . There are plenty of blends to try and not even put a dent in it . The box seems to be moving very fast so you will not be waiting long .

Brazz, you are on the the address lables for the second box... Northern Route... I asked JC to put you on the first box traveling from the Southern Route...

Somebody keep us posted where it is (SR)... We'll get you in there someplace Brazz...

Each box will have new shipping address lables in them when they get back to me...

The offer is still open to whoever... Just let me know...

I would be in in a heartbeat, if it weren't for the fact that I'm on the wrong side of the 49th parallel. I could imagine the heart attack that the Canada Revenue Agency would have if the box tried to cross the border.

    So I'll just imagine.

Sapo, I sent you an e-mail on the box pass... Send the box to JayH and he should send the SR box to Brazz. I sent you Brazz's info in the e-mail...

If you already sent the box... Send the personal information to JayH so he can make the label for Brazz... Thanks guys...

Ok Guys... If this box is turning into a "chest" and we need to expand the "shipping room"... I say go to a medium flat rate box...?

Would somebody write "North" & "South" on the boxes so we know which one is which...

    "...passing the box".

    New meaning indeed.

Just because I AM a big asshole doesn't mean I HAVE one.

I'm afrand our Canadian friends will have to fend for themselves.

Perhaps they can find their favourite somewhere and write a cheque for it.

    ROFL.

Thanks for the brainstorming fellas, but I'll have to agree with RJ: we Canadians are out in the cold. Good thing we're used to it.

Besides, the medium-size flat rate box definitely wouldn't fit.

    Hey Simon,
If I could I'd pack up some of this Southern Weather..(That's weather you pass out from the heat or the humidity).

Correct me if I'm wrong... I hear there are only two seasons in Canada.... Winter and July.

I'd love some. Then I could sit outside in the evenings and enjoy a pipe instead of bundling up in the garage under the radiant heat! I'm pretty close to Seattle, and for those who are keeping score, we're having a cool, wet spring.

Maybe The Northern Box could be sent to Port Angeles WA and then floated to my house on a little raft! Anybody have any trained monkeys to man the oars?

WE didn't say you had to ride "Willy"... Just get on his back for the 8 second ride... Or however long it takes to tape the box... No need to reenact “Brokeback Mountain”...

Simon... I might be able borrow some flying monkeys from my ex-wife if that would help... she inherited them from her sister after a tragic accident... house fell on her.
Oh wait I forgot they flew off after my ex had her last meltdown.

    Sorry

Brazz... the box is on its way as planned... enjoy!

Sapo funny you ask about ghost hunters my house is a couple of miles from their first office. I've seen the one of the guys at the supermarket. But don't know them. Thanks for getting me on the list.
