Does anyone remember the house blends (almost certain they were blended in house) from Bertram in Washington, DC? There were a few I thought were excellent. Hoping to prompt my memory and reminisce I browsed TobaccoReviews and couldn't find a single one. It's a shame. Although I admit the reviews aren't worth much now since the blends aren't available.
Anyway, there was a shag cut, English style blend I was particularly fond of but can't recall the name. Anyone?

Here are a few: Balkan Legation, Bouquet, Capitol, Congressional, Diplomat, Envoy, Personal, & Senate. I think the last was a shag.

It was a cool shop. The house pipes were quite nice (have no idea who made them).
@jguss - thank you! Yes, I believe it was Senate.

I have one of their pipes. The drilling is way off but it still smokes nicely.
