I know many of you might think this a waste of time in that any old cup of joe to get your fix will do. I was just looking for a change from what is offered locally. I could be wrong but it seems the online choices here in Canada are quite limited and there must be a lot great choices south of the border.

I love coffee, particularly trying new beans from small batch roasters. I have only ordered online once and that was from Black Dog Coffee, which seems to have a small following among cigar bloggers for some reason. I live in central virginia and there are several local roasters to choose from, so I typically don't order online.
I'm not sure if they will ship to Canada, but here are a few from central Virginia that I recommend:
1. Shenandoah Joe's

2. Trager Brothers Coffee

3. Greenberry's Coffee Company

Yeah I used to buy from Coffeebean direct.com but the price got to high so I've been buying locally, high quality whole bean past due from salvage stores.

I've been a loyal customer of westendcoffee.com for many years now. They have a nice variety of blends available. I'm not sure if they ship to Canada or not, but it is a company worth checking out. They are based out of Greenville, SC.

Looks like some of these ship anywhere. Your pricing is much more reasonable than here. Thanks

I prefer Mr. jerry's Killer Beans coffee. Always extremely fresh, and beans of the highest quality. His Kalossi Knockout is my favorite. Brazilian Bombshell is also a tasty stout variety. I've never had better coffee than this. I'm tready for cold weather to order some more.

Well, you can't go by me, I order my coffee online from Sweet Maria's -- but it's green, unroasted coffee and I roast and blend myself.

When I feel like treating myself I order some 'Bird Dog' from Matt at Matt's Coffee. Checkout the 'woodpile' pictures while at his site.

Nespresso.com ... what else? :)
You know how to hurt a man hfearly. :crying:
@Easygoer - If you're not into the offering from one of the 360 cafes of your local Canadian Franchised Specialty Coffee Retailer of choice *coughwhoIworkforcough* here are some outstanding Canadian roasters who you can purchase from online:
Transcend Coffee in Edmonton - http://www.transcendcoffee.ca/

Phil & Sebastian Coffee in Calgary - https://www.philsebastian.com/

Bridgehead Coffee in Ottawa (I mean seriously hfearly... nespresso?) - http://www.bridgehead.ca/

Social Coffee in Richmond Hill - http://www.socialcoffee.com/

Detour Coffee Roasters in Dundas(A common meet-up spot for forum members) - http://detourcoffee.com/

Trebilcock Coffee Roasters in Pickering - http://www.trebilcockcoffee.ca/

49th Parallel Coffee Roasters in Vancouver - http://www.49thparallelroasters.com/
These are all wonderful small-shop roasters who are doing a great job bringing high-quality specialty grade coffees to Canada, artisan roasting them, and making them available to coffee lovers.
Good luck with your search, and hit me up with a PM if you want more info. I live Canadian coffee.

Dunkin Donut whole bean from the grocery store. I like it better than the online beans I've tried. I would probably use Tim Horton beans if I lived in Canada.

I have been friends with Jerry K. for many years. He is the first person I ever mail ordered beans from. ALL of his roasts are top notch. His 7 bean espresso blend is my favorite out of his current offerings. (does great in regular brew too) I wish he still offered the Caribbean Cut-throat.
http://www.sweetmarias.com/index.php This is where I get all my green beans for roasting. They do sell roasted coffee too. 8)

There is an exquisite coffee I found in Santa Fe one day called Pinon. Its made by an outfit called " Made in New Mexico."

Highly advised.

Try Larry's Beans in Raleigh, N.C. They do most of their business online, but also deliver to local merchants in

a vegetable oil powered bus. They have quite a menu of coffees. Or another good outfit, Muddy Dog in

Morrisville, N.C., a smaller outfit but does some lovely beans.
