It sounds like it was a promotional trinket for a local retailer.

There's a B&M in Chicago that puts its name on pipe cleaner sleeves, cigar cutters, the obligatory match box, ashtrays, and more...

Do you think it has some value as a collectible?

R J Morans is also an anagram for NORM'S JAR.

That's verrrrrry cool, and I'll bet a lot of tobacciana collectors would pay a lot for that.

(But keep it for yourself. Hang it on the wall: use it for, what else?, keys, and enjoy it!)
