Anybody ever heard of a Dasco pipe?

I have a Dasco pipe that I love...got it back in the 70's...can read "xx American xxx" on left side of shank.

It has a silver (plate?) band on shank. smokes well...cannot remember where I got it but then I can't remember all of the names of my grandkids most of the time either.

Never heard of Dasco, but there was a brand known as Danco.Most their pipes were made by other companies, lot of them were imported from Europe.

Late getting to this...

I've a Dasco "Jade" I picked up at the CORPs Pipe show many years ago.

Suspect the pipe is WWII or earlier. The button smoke hole is round, with no bevel.

It's got a silver band and smokes like a dream as long as I don't super-puff.
