I just picked this rather nice lightly smoked fellow for under $50.00 from a UK seller. It is in very nice sound condition with an attractive silver band from the 1890s and a sound an unmolested case with working hinges and clasp. The price was right and the pipe was in nice usable condition with a stem that has not suffered from too much teeth chatter or wear. It needs to be reamed out as it has quite a lot of cake build up but should give years of excellent service and in time should start to color nicely.
