I got a couple new pipes the other day and the briar is a mystery to me so I thought I'd ask you guys here the pipe is a small briar bowl with rustication and black finish the only marking of any kind on the bowl is an imported briar Italy stamp which seems pretty common but the stem is decently long with a white "W" incased in a circle that's the only clues hope you guys can help

Not much to go on here but it is possible that your pipe is a Whitehall. An american brand that had some product done in italy. See the link below.
