Sidrit Vaqari does amazing work. My favorites of his so far were his Smaug, Gimli, and Gandalf The Grey. He does all the carving with hand tools.

Those are too fancy for me, but I do love the Smaug carved pipe that blows smoke out in part through the nostrils! Truly a piece of art.
