I'm pretty fond of nosewarmers. If it's light enough to clench comfortably, I'd be in. Never smoked a calabash or reverse calabash, but the design has always intrigued me. It definitely is curvy, and I have to say, I like the fat bottom!

This is actually one of the few Neptune designs I would like to have, despite it's diminutive size.

Hmm... If Briarworks were to make a Reverse Calabash Lumberman, now that would be something we've never seen before.

Maybe make it a Reverse Calabash Lumberman Stack to keep the proportions in line. Add an inch to the stem, 3/4" to the shank and 3/4" to the bowl hight. Perfect pipe.

Alternatively alternatively, if you just like the shape Gubbels already makes something similar without the extra chamber.
But I agree the Curvy is an attractive shape and design.

As one of the seemingly few non-Italian factories out there I definitely need to pick up some Gubbels pipes.

I would like to dig them, but I am the shape!
Years ago I watched a video of dog owners and their pets and I laughed off more of my butt than I did going to weight watchers with my wife. I try to remember some of this when I get excited about a new pipe.

I just happened to listen to episode 106 of the Radio Show last night, and the interview with Elbert Gubbels is great. It sounds like those guys are at the top of their game right now.

And almost as importantly Gubbels has a long history with nosewarmer style pipes, so the Curvy is very fitting from a historical perspective.
The straight shank Curvy looks fantastic as well.
