Advice requested - Pete Meer 302?

I'm thinking of bidding on a Meerschaum Peterson 302 on Ebay. It looks well smoked but in decent shape. The finish is in a rusticated brown stain that looks rather like a briar. I like Petes and the few Meers I have but would appreciate some expert advice.

I hate the blurry photos, and I personally would look elsewhere just because of them. That's just me. But... here are some similar examples of a Tawny Deluxe Meerschaum 302 and a 312 for reference.

I'm not 100% certain, but I believe all those older Pete Meerschaums were African Meerschaum, as opposed to Turkish. I believe the pipe in question is legit. I just don't like blurry photos for any pipe I'm going to buy and am very less likely to purchase one without clear photos.

Agree that crap photos make a purchase less likely to end happily.

Blurry photos make it iffy for me, although I like meers and have really been having my head turned by Petersons lately.
Does the seller take returns?

No, the seller does not, but if not, as described there is an eBay guarantee. If I get it for my modest bid I will try to clean it up and make the best of it. It is rather an unusual pipe, I do like Pertersons and the 302 is one of my favorite shapes. It will be what it will be. I doubt I will get it so it's probably moot. I appreciate the responses. If I do get it, I will be back asking for advice on how to restore a Meerschaum. Wish me luck. Thanks.
