   I've been trying to add a member as a friend for several days, but can't seem to figure out how.

   When I look on their profile page, I don't see a button. I have Ad Block Plus disabled, so I don't think that's the issue.

   Is it due to my New Member probationary status?

   Please click the members link dead center top of page and this will open the link , all members are listed and you can search by name .Then clickola . All the way at the top where the smoke comes out of the pipe .To your left upper corner in the gray bar .

   You have to add friends through the main site, not the forums.

   When on the main homepage click the Members tab at the top of the page and it will show you the members of the site. Next to each member, there is a tab that says Add Friend. Click that and it will send a friend request to that member.

   I thought I had this whole internet deal figured out until this little problem came up.
