I know Jørgen Larsen made pipes for Peter Stokkebye but how can one be sure if this one actually was.
PETER STOKKEBYE , MADE IN DENMARK, 906.

Well I don't have enough knowledge on the subject to give you any kind of answer, but dang if that isn't one of the nicest looking pipes I've ever seen. That stem really makes it too!

I'm assuming the acylic stem is a replacement? Does it have a logo of any kind? The pipe looks like a well executed cross-cut.

The stem does not have a logo. Pipe is stamped on top of shank (in script) Peter Stokkebye. On bottom of shank, MADE IN DENMARK, 906. I've looked at images of other Peter Stokkebye pipes and have seen them with this same style of stem so I don't think it was a replacement.
