Damn Dur. That's a serious layout. Thanks for taking the time to stage and take those pictures.
I always enjoy seeing your restos and you've got some fantastic pipes. I love seeing you bring those bad boys back to life and giving them further value.
I mean you think about all those fantastic old pipes that didn't make it to "our generation" and then I think about how that number is going to be further reduced by the time the next generation gets to them.
Those old in house brick and mortar pipes aren't going to exist one day.
Merry Christmas to you my friend!

In the sticks in Mississippi
Durham, boy it does me good to see so much old briar like that, and so well cared for too. You've got some beauties, but the one that tugs at me the most is the cob with the bamboo shank. Was that a do it yourself project or did you buy it that way. I've got to get me a bamboo shank pipe of some sort, and the affordable route seems to be the cob. Nicely done!

Great looking pipes!
Now, in the eight photo from the top of the two pipes facing the opposite direction, one straight and one full bent, what kind is the full bent?? I have to have one!

Too... many... pipes... must... look... away... feeling... feint...
Some insanely beautiful pipes you have there. I think my favorite of the bunch is that freehand with the Christmas Cheer tin. Who's the maker of that one?
