I promised myself I would be done cellaring by the end on 2013, and I have essentially hit that goal with around 600 lbs put away. My stash is tracked here: http://tobaccocellar.com/peckinpahhombre
I still want to add a bit of Penzance and Stonehaven when I see it (doesn't everyone?), and a few incremental additions to my LJ Peretti stable, but I am essentially done.
For me, 2014 will be a time to focus on pipes and enjoying other aspects of the hobby.
I want to thank Harris - I couldn't have done this without him. Ok, he is a bit pompous and a true Floridian plutocrat through and through, but he was still somewhat helpful in spite of his obvious character flaws, lol.
Now, I carefully did the math today and at my current pace I am only burning through 3 lbs per year - so, at the tender age of 44, I have a sizeable buffer in the event that my smoking increases as I approach retirement.
All in all, I am quite pleased with how things have turned out. 2013 will be a year to remember in the hobby.
I am looking forward to 2014.
