Can anybody share pictures of pipes that are in really rough condition but regular use?

So far, all of mine are presentable, if with some charring around the rim of the older ones. I am a

moderate smoker who has three times as many pipes as I need, though I use them all, so I don't do

a job on any of them. My most worn is a MM cob diplomat, but it's still pretty solid.

I've got a few Dr. Grabows that have seen better days but they are not beat up. The stems are just dull. I think the Meerschaum pipe im smoking from the 40's is probably the most "beat up" from use. its a short bulldog with a squared shank and lucite stem. The Bulldog is in the middle. Those are my cheapies except for the Nording.

This was before I got my Sav mini church

The MM Legend I started with in June of this year looks like shit. The bowl has swollen and cracked around the middle, especially near the stem. There doesn't seem to be any break from the inside. It still smokes like a champ.

I think at first, and often still, I pulled on it a little to aggressively. I'm learning.

I've brought some real beaters back from the dead. It's good practice for when I find a highend diamond in the ruff. Most of my regular rotation is in good shape. I take care of my pipes. I've never understood why someone would buy an expensive pipe and bang it on an ashtray, or never run a pipe cleaner through it.
