Nightcap. I like the double meaning of a nightcap that you wear to bed and a drink to end the day.

For me, it's Alfred and Christian Petersen's "Curly-Cut Melange No. 410."
Just seems a bit over-the-top for a name. But it's an amazing blend.

In the sticks in Mississippi
Hearth & Home's "Vermont Meat Candy" sounded good to me, especially after reading some of the reviews. Unfortunately it didn't live up to it's name that much. Not a bad smoke, but didn't get the bacon and maple taste that much at all. But I still smile when I look at the jar with that label on it.

I love all the Tolkien named blends by Barry Levin; Frogmorton, Trollshaws, White Downs, Moria Gate, Grey Havens. And how can you not love Distinguished Penguin.

Yeah, Distinguished Penguin is pretty great, and Bald Headed Teacher is unforgettable. Since

a number of blends relate to time of day, maybe we need "Almost Dawn," and "In the Gloaming."

The Devil's Dimples, Hijinks in Court, Fast-Talking Mermaid, Batten the Hatches ...

tobacco blends or race horses? Just brain-storming here.

My Mixture 965. It says it all, really. Much better than My Mixture 964. lol
I don't want to hijack this thread, but another question would be which blend has the best tin art? For me, that's Old Ironsides, and yeah, the name of the blend is kinda cool as well.

"And So To Bed" and "Grey Havens" are two I have smoked that I enjoy the names of. "Gaslight" is one that I have not tried but enjoy the name as well as the tin art, to blend the topic and Peck's question.

My vote is for Old Hollywood by C&D, it brings back many famous pipe smoking names.

St. James Wood rings my chimes, suggests a sequestered forested park where you

can hear church bells in the distance and the sounds of a brook, and lots of birds.

Also, the tobacco itself sounds like something I would enjoy, though I haven't tried it.
