Small straight smooth billiards with small thin and narrow buttons. This is my favorite pipe because it's comfortable, performs well, is classic and timeless, and doesn't eat up all my tobacco. :puffy:

I am very much a lover of traditional pipe shapes and although my small collection has several different shapes straight and bent I have more bent Rhodesian/bulldogs so my answer is

bent Rhodesians/bulldogs

Normally I would say it’s my sav 320 ks Trevi hands down

But I recently acquired this and I just can’t put it down

It smokes wonderful and feels so good in the hand

I’m seriously considering picking up another for the rotation

My sav 673 ks Oceano

I have also removed the rubber bit lately and I find I like it even better

Years ago, we adopted two rescue kittens from "foster parents" who had bottle fed them. When they visited to see how the kittens were doing, being smart assed, I asked them if they knew which I liked best. They were a little horrified, but asked "Which?" And I said, the one I'm petting at the time. Big sigh of relief. Same with pipes, my favorite is most often the one I'm smoking at the time. Briars and somewhat traditional shapes predominate, I guess.

Embers, that Preben Holm is beautiful. I've always wanted a Nording Freehand, but when I see one I like it's either out of stock or just a little out of my price range at the time. I'm sorry, what are those "yachts"? Are those Zulu variants? Why haven't I seen them before? Those are very appealing. Where can I find them? Metal, that Savinelli Apple is stunning.

Love all my pipes, particularly the ones I had made by a friend in London, but the all time favorite is an old Comoy Golden Grain Canadian followed by a 50's era yello-bowl canadian. The ones I had made had a lot of love instilled in them when they were made...so they are favorites also.

Nah, a zulu has a cylindrical forward canted chamber and a yacht has a conical vertical chamber more like a dublin. The ones pictured are Savinelli 904s and 9004s. GBD's 9613 is also similar.
