You guys will laugh at me, no classics today. Maybe later this evening.
We are in the 'crisis mode' of a house move right now. Pack Friday and haul Saturday. We currently live 60 miles from Winnemucca, Nevada. So, if you have heard of the 'I've been everywhere Man' song by The Man in Black, you know what I listened to today. :D

We are worn completely out. This weekend will probably finish us off...
There is 30 miles of dusty road to the pavement, with all of our household stuff. 150 miles to the new place.
The music. :P

hobie, thanks for Stanley Clarke and Hiromi.

I was just listening to a terrific CD in my collection, Duet: Chick Corea and Hiromi. Here's a live version of the track "Concierto de Aranjuez/Spain"

I'm not a big jazz guy but I remember seeing a show years ago that was headlined by Carl Fontana and Urbie Green. Guess it doesn't get any better than that.
One of the greatest, but an A$$hole to work for.
Saw him years ago too. I've heard the tapes of him spending 15 minutes reaming the band a new one. Ouch!
It's official, I've turned into my parents. Currently spinning Herb Alpert & The TB- Greatest Hits.
