Just some more fooling.

So long my captain, adios

Sail upon the sea of ghosts

Chase the white whale to the end

Bring the story back again

"Sultans Of Swing" by Dire Straits has always blown me away. One of the finest and cleanest guitar solos of all time.

Even more impressive when you realize that Mark Knopfler doesn’t use a pick, that’s all fingers!
I didn't know that...that is impressive.
Knopfler is one of the primary reasons why I consider Dylan's Slow Train Coming album to be one of his very best musically.
ABBA - Rock Me
Great to see you branching out and experimenting with other sounds Pipestud!!!

Listening to Chicago treasure, 83 year old jazz trumpeter Bobby Lewis, playing one of my favorite songs, "Some Other Time" from his 2011 album Warm Cool. Jim Ryan is on piano, and Rob Kassinger on bass.

Currently listening to the Jam - Snap (on vinyl) with a bowl of 10 year old FVF and a Bells 2 hearted ale. Great way to start the weekend.

Currently listening to ringing in my ears from the show we attended tonight. My wife and I saw Nick Mason’s Saucerful Of Secrets and they killed it, the band was loose and the music was excellent. I highly recommend the show if they come near you.
