Haha, I really like this thread, it gets a little more personal beyond the "I smoke pipes" things.

You guys have all very cool hobbies.
@mirain : Nice wood lathe ! I'd love to have one the same but they're a little expensive and I really don't have the place to have it.
Personally, I spend quite some time on my, still quite small, tobacco collection, I have 37 blends so far, and for each, I transfer the tobacco in an air tight small pot, mason jars are for cellaring and, here in China, they can be quite expensive as well.

I then get info from tobaccoreviews and print a label with description, evaluation and content info. I also print a label with the actual label.
Besides that, I started carving pipes about a year and a half ago, I did 5 so far.

I need better tools and space for it.
And apart for the pipe stuff, I play a bit of guitar and piano once in a while, I love to watch TV shows, currently on Homeland, Elementary, Grimm and a few others.

I am pretty busy at work so I don't have as much time as I would like to do more of that stuff.

Awesome! Wish i had carving skills. I like the bottom one. Never was any good at wood work. My niche is in electronics. Nothing like a bit of troubleshooting and hardcore surgery on an old radio!!

@joshb: thanks mate, funny enough, i'd love to do more electronics. I used to like that in college. I have a friend who built a 3D printer from scratch, he even had parts made for him.

I think it's pretty cool!

Thats awesome! I used to work in a TV shop before flat screens came in and killed that business. I specialise in antique shortwave and communications radio's, especially old military or "green" radios.

Boy the things i could do with a 3D printer! Every now and then i need to make a part for them and have to make them out of molds. Things lile knobs and trim peices.

I've got a couple of electric guitars and an acoustic, and would like to have a keyboard, too. Heading towards a home recording rig as money allows: need a good enough computer, have a mixer and just bought some studio monitors on a Black Friday sale (JBL LSR305s). Books. Firearms. Haven't done the camping and hiking I'd like, but have the gear. Watch a lot of videos. Just started to look into iPhone photography.

Wow... nice mix.
@mirain- I was born and raised in South Bend, IN and my Dad ran a lathe most of his adult life. That is a nice set up you have... It is on my bucket list. :)
Musician, Reading, Physics, Geology, Archaeology, Orthopedics, Neurology, Behavioral Modification, Herbal Medicine (I can cure most stuff with a decent spice rack and un-weeded backyard) Language, Anthropology, Pre-Historic World Culture, Religion, Psychology, Shamanism...
I collect old stuff like Tools, Pipes (now), Weapons, Electronics, Musical Instruments...

I am an avid rock hound. I love collecting and finding Fossils, Gemstones, though fewer and further between these days.
Hiking, Biking, Walking, Repairing, Restoring and a bunch of other crap.
