What are you favorite straight Virginia tobaccos? Please make sure there's only Virginia tobaccos in it. I'll ask on other ones like VA/Pers, and more later. Working on a little project.

G. L. Pease: Union Square is my favorite, followed by Mac Baren: Virginia No. 1, and Capstan: Flake Blue.

Here's a few more to choose from, but you don't have to pick one of these.

Amphora: Virginia
Capstan: Flake Yellow
Cornell & Diehl: Derringer
Cornell & Diehl: Manhattan Afternoon
Fribourg & Treyer: Golden Mixture
Hearth & Home: Virginia Memory
Mac Baren: HH Pure Virginia
Sutliff: Crumble Kake Red Virginia
Three Nuns: Three Nuns Yellow
Wessex: Gold Slice

By the way, I know Interlude isn't exactly straight as it's lightly cased with honey (kissed as they say on the website), but frankly, I don't taste it at all, so I consider it straight...unless when you mean straight you are simply talking about the type of tobacco and not the casings/toppings...then it would be straight VA for sure.

I have to preface my votes with the fact that I rarely smoke much of a Virginia without 10 years of more of age. many as much as 20-25 years.

Of course, McClelland Virginias are some of the best. Numbers 27, and 22 come to mind along with Blackwoods Flake. When Union Square came onto the market, I put up over three pounds. I've been smoking this over the past year. It may be the finest I've ever smoked.

My answers here are pretty trite, but without further ado:

SG Full Virginia Flake

2016 & 2017 McClelland Christmas Cheer (haven't tried the other years, but love these and find them very similar)
