I wish it was Sunday

'Cause that's my fun day

My I don't have to run day

Good Sunday morning to you, folks! I’m smoking C&D Exclusive in an MM Pride cob while attempting to peel away the many layers of meaning and metaphor found within the lyrics of schlocky, 80s, pop tunes. This rabbit hole goes deep.

Now smoking 2011 Stonehaven in a 1998 smooth medium bend Peterson Limerick 69 with a nickel band and a black vulcanite p-lip stem. A bottle of Cheerwine is my drink. Got home in time to watch opening day baseball on ESPN: Yanks and Rays are playing.

Considering that it’s been doing nothing but lying around here since it was restored a few weeks ago, I thought it was about time for this pipe to start earning its keep. So, let the break-in begin with Carter Hall in a 1915-192(something) BBB Umbria that was tricksily gifted to me by a friend.

The copy of Victor Hugo’s Les Misérables in the background was printed by the A.L. Burt Company of New York in 1919. So, these guys kind of grew up together. I think the pipe aged a little better though.

Almost finished smoking C&D Burley Ribbon Cut in a 1970s slight bend black sandblasted Comoy's Silver Cloud 624 sitter with a silver pearl gray acrylic stem. Watching the Giants and D-Backs game.
