Trying to Identify This Pipe.

I am hoping someone can help me identify this pipe, and its possible value. It belonged to my Great grandfather.

Looks to be a KB&B with a bakelite base and screw in briar bowl. The base could also be Vulcanite as well.

Might be gutta percha (wow autocorrect fights those spellings). Probably quite old. Not sure on value, probably not a fortune. Condition would dictate value.

I found it on Google, KB & B Eagle Claw Gutta Percha and Briar Wood Bowl,
Estimated date 1850-1880.
Thanks for the help to identify the makers mark.
